"Sweet Moment Desserts" is cookbook published by General Food Company several years ago. The recipes all feature Jell-O-Pudding and Pie Filling, Jell-O Tapioca Pudding and Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix. The recipes are for perfect pies, puddings plus, from the freezer, parfaits and sauces and topping.

I thought of this cookbook when had Parfait Day, May 1.

The recipes for parfaits include Berry Preserve Parfait, Ribbon Parfait ( chocolate and banana puddings ), and Fruit Parfaits ( vanilla and tapioca puddings and cut-up fruit.

These dessert are easy to make but crowd pleasers for any dinner or party.

When I was a kid I loved Jell-O chocolate pudding. My mom would fix it and put it in a parfait glass lined with graham cracker crumbles. Loved coming home from school and finding that on the counter for dessert.
