Today is St. Patrick's Day. There are several recipes for Irish dishes on this forum. Maybe one can celebrate in a quiet way at home with corned beef and cabbage, Irish Potato Cakes or Irish Stew.

I hope all on here are safe and remain healthy in these difficult times.

An old Irish Blessing I like:

"May Saint Patrick guard you wherever you go, and guide you in whatever you do, and may his loving protection be a blessing to you always."

I put our corned beef in the crock pot to cook overnight. My daughter was able to buy some potatoes and bring home cabbage from work last night. She has to work a closing shift so we will celebrate over lunch .

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
