Spring Garden?

What will those of you that do garden, have in it that would have been found in a typical 1860 garden.

Also what will you have in it that would not be found in an 1860 garden.

Corn in an 1860 garden.

Kale would not be in an 1860 garden I reckon.

(I may have other thoughts on this).

In the south you would have had a lot of greens, collard and mustard.they are still a mainstay today.

I will grow large tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Will have lettuce and certain herbs.

Tomatoes were in 1860s but probably Heritage varieties. Also they grew lettuce and many herbs.
