You know it kind of does resemble Natchez. But I don't remember that "steeple shaped thing " in the picture. Must a been a part of the cemetery I missed 20+ years ago!

If they have pointy tops they're Confederate; you may be thinking of Vicksburg's Confederate Cemetery instead, although the monuments were only erected in the 1990's in these neat and orderly memorial rows that bear no relation at all to whoever's actually buried beneath them.
It is the National Cemetery at Vicksburg. The rounded stones are Union and at Shiloh there are 2 pointed stones where 2 Confederates are buried in the National Cemetery.
The hill and arch in the background are throwing me off. I don't recall seeing an arch like that so close to either Vicksburg or Natchez National Cemetery and I don't have any photos from that angle.
