Looks kind of like Vicksburg across the road from Fort Hill!
That was my other guess. Looks like the south side of Natchez National Cemetery too.

You know it kind of does resemble Natchez. But I don't remember that "steeple shaped thing " in the picture. Must a been a part of the cemetery I missed 20+ years ago!

But Shiloh also has the rounded tops too, doesnt it?
Shiloh,Natchez and Vicksburg all have rounded Union gravestones. Vicksburg has 2 Confederates buried there that have Confederate gravestones.

You're right. I just temporarily forgot about that. Just as I was replying awhile ago my tablet went dead on me. Actually it just turned itself off from a dead battery. I hastily answered you on my not-so-smart-phone.

Looking at some old photos. Natches did
have the tombstones with the rounded tops. Vicksburg had tge pointy top.

If they have pointy tops they're Confederate; you may be thinking of Vicksburg's Confederate Cemetery instead, although the monuments were only erected in the 1990's in these neat and orderly memorial rows that bear no relation at all to whoever's actually buried beneath them.

The hill and arch in the background are throwing me off. I don't recall seeing an arch like that so close to either Vicksburg or Natchez National Cemetery and I don't have any photos from that angle.
