Insignia Should I return this eagle badge?

Hi everyone, I just received my three eagle badges and one of them is not the one I ordered. The seller believes he sold it at a show after I paid it off. He did send another.the first photo is the one I bought. The second is the one I got with the correct other two. Should I try and get it back or stick with this one???

Me too. He sent me the more detailed one which I love but that plain one I don't have as a pattern. Im not sure I'll ever find it if it really did sell at the show. Maybe it's for the best?

If it's not what you paid for and wanted then I'd send it back.

Mistakes happen and I've tried to buy things off a dealers site only to find out it's already been sold. Disappointing but it happens.

IMHO I think the dealer should have contacted you to let you know the one you bought was sold already and then ask if you want the one he send vs just sending you something else that's close but not what you purchased. To just assume you'd be ok with a close copy of what you bought is unprofessional and would tick me off.

or at least offer you a discount to keep your business. Got a Spencer carbine and the Dealer read the serial # wrong. He read it upside down. Honest mistake for believe it or not read upside down it did look like it was correct. So instead of giving it back we agreed to give me back $400. I was happy

That is very confusing to me. Which one is the one you got that you didn't order? The one on the lower left corner of the frame is the best one there and superior to #1.

Sorry about that. The top photo is off the website and what I ordered. I didn't have that pattern. The middle picture is what he sent me after I paid for the first picture. The last picture shows the other two I had bought in the grouping that were correct.
