Sorry, these are the only 2 photos that I have

Serial number is 62188

It has a Z marking, does it look like a confederate Z?

It has been converted to 50-70

What year was it made and does the serial number show up in the SRS?

It looks like a CSA cleaned and captured to me. I say nice find.

The Z does look correct for a "Captured & Cleaned" mark.
