Hello everyone, new to the forum and enjoying all the topics.
I wanted to show off my S & H Navy and thank Lawer Dagget for his tips and advise. It's missing the barrel cover but I did find some cartridges to show off.
A few parts were broken and I was able to replace them with originals. Mine happened to be one of the well used ones and the link is cracked, unfortunately I have not been able to find a replacement.

Nice! Your leather is in excellent shape! I wonder how difficult it would be to make or have one made like the original?

Is the sling swivel just tbe basic Sharps 1859?

I believe it is. On the leather it would not be that hard if you had a pattern.

My first S&H also had a crack in the lever link. Must be a weak spot. I had to make a rear sight. I also had a guy make a leather barrel cover for mine. Looked and fit great but he did not get the hole just right. S&S has original lever links but they are $90.

S and S had a link. No idea if or when they will get another one. A place online called The Rifle Shoppe sells aftermarket parts but they are out of the link also with no idea when they will make anymore, but hopefully they will.

Once again. Welcome to the forum from AZ. Glad you were able to provide some excellent pics. Looks really nice. Good luck, enjoy.
I really enjoy mine and it gets a lot of attention at the gun range. Nice display of cartridges to boot.
