Russian Scrambled Eggs

Recipe of sauerkraut. (With meat).
Ingredients
sauerkraut - per person 300 grams.
meat -. 50-70 grams (not a bird).
one pot.
knife - one.
one potato (thing).
onion - half an onion.

Preparation.
Chop finely the meat.
Chop the onion finely.
Cut the potatoes finely.
Put in a saucepan with water.
Cook on a small or medium-high heat until cooked.
Add salt to taste.

There is kind of a variation I heard of from a guy that served in the U.S. Army in West Germany back in the 1970's. At some town in West Germany there was something called a "Russian breakfast". It consisted of scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes, and caviar. Washed down with glasses of Russian vodka.

Yeah. There is. He appeared in 1947.
