Hi, everyone!
I digitally restored a whole bunch of photos from the LOC and NARA. If I post any of them here is this applicable: "...but through the act of submission will also grant to the CivilWarTalk.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted photos."?
Or does this apply only to new photos taken by the forum users?
