Rules:

1. The person submitting the photo must be the photographer.
2. One photo per member per contest.
3. One photo per reply to this thread
4. Photo must be high quality, not a scanned photo from a photo album
5. Photo may be from a Reenactment, Battlefield, or any other Civil War subject matter.
6. You may enter photos until the votes are tallied, but keep in mind this leaves less time for votes to be cast.
7. Once a photo is submitted to a Monthly Contest, it cannot be entered into any future Monthly Contest.
8. Winner will be determined by post reactions (likes, hearts, wow) The photo with the most reactions will be the winner.
9. You may add as much or as little context to your photo as you wish.

To Enter:

• Reply to this thread, and include your attached photo by using the "attach files" button, then select "full image".

Legal:

• Users submitting photos to the forum for this contest will retain full rights to their photographs, including ownership, but through the act of submission will also grant to the CivilWarTalk.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted photos.
• Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they possess the right to submit a photo.
• As always, CivilWarTalk reserves the right to delete any photos or content it deems as questionable or offensive.
• All current forum Terms of Use apply to all contest entries.

Voting:

• Participants and non-participants may cast their votes by reacting to the reply post
• You may vote for multiple photos
• All reactions will be counted equally. Dislikes with also be counted as votes FOR the photo. so be careful with your reactions.
