I have just been delivered my latest tomes on the CW and in the last week have acquired "The Wilson-Kautz Raid - Battle for the Staunton River Bridge" by Greg Eanes, "The Life of Billy Yank" by Bell Irwin Wiley, "Stuart's Tarheels" by Chris J Hartley (recommended by @AUG351 after an enquiry about the 1st North Carolina Cavalry) and "Living Hell - The Dark Side of the Civil War" by Michael C.C. Adams. Anyone have any thoughts on these books/authors?
