I see we are moderated by some modifiers from the moderific Mountain State....and I got a question for ya. W Va flipped the secession thing on Virginia and seceeded from a state that had already seceeded. Seems their loyalties were not in common with their low-land breathern. Today....what are the sentiments and general tone or feelings that W Virginians have toward that move by their ancestors? In general are most W Virginians today of a pro-union bent or do many today lean toward Confederate sympathies regarding the Civil War. I mean what is the concensous there bout the Civil War and the path you took? I dont want to kick up a storm here. Just curious. Beautiful state by the way. (brown nosing) Lots of folks around these parts where I live have roots in W Va. Tks....hope I made myself perfectly unclear.
