I am searching for information on Pvt Ford Butler 7th. Miss. Co. E. He was taken prisoner and held at Rock Island Prison in 1864. I have a photo of his grave stone there that is about all I know about him. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

R. Newton, who have received bounty, commutation and pay to
include June 30, 1862.
Stationed at Camp Rodgers, September-October 1862.
Station not stated, November-December 1862.
November 4.— This company was marched from Camp Rodgers
near Lumpkin's Mill near Waterford to Camp Sloan, a distance of
twelve miles.

November 29.— Was marched from Camp Sloan to Camp
Rodgers near Grenada, a distance of seventy miles.
December 27.— It was marched by railroad to Vaughan Station
on the Central Railroad.
Stationed at Snyder's Mill, Mississippi, January-February 1863.
Stationed at Enterprise, Mississippi, June 30-October 31, 1863.
July 4.— This company was captured at Vicksburg, Mississippi.
July 8.— Paroled. Furloughed by orders. On the march for
thirty days. Ordered to report, etc.
Stationed at Enterprise, Mississippi, November-December 1863.
Stationed at Dog River Factory, January-February 1864.
