This is confusing and frustrating, but it appears that it includes Publisher Extra but is only available to new subscribers? I just logged on to my regular account and tried a search, and it's still telling me Publisher Extra is locked unless I upgrade. And more and more of the newspapers I'd like to see are Publisher Extra.

I think is only for new subscribers, that's usually the case

We have subscription to Newspapers.com. I have found many obits and other articles on my ancestors. I think one of my favorites is when found the engagement announcement for my parents. I didn't know there was one. It is from 1942. Another is when found my Grandparents 50th wedding anniversary announcement. It had their picture along with write-up. These are personal treasures for me.
