Pistol Carbine

I recently saw some bullets being sold on ebay that were described as being from a pistol carbine. Anyone know of or have an example of this type of small arm ?

I looked at his listing and he is putting all kinds of different words in the listing in order to attract more folks. They are just plain 58 cal 3 ring CW bullets
