Old Pioneer Recipes
Pioneer Coffee
You will need:
3 pints of water white of 1 egg
boiling water coffee cup full of coffee
1. Pour all ingredients into a pot and boil for about 10 minutes.
2.Pour out a little from the spout, in order to remove grains that may have boiled into it.
3. Pour back into pot.
4. Let stand for 10 minutes where it will stay hot, but not boil. Serve hot and hearty to friends.
