Perryville Perryville

Going to make my second trip to Perryville on Thursday. I went a few years ago but didn't get to see the entire battlefield. So I'm going first thing in the morning that day and touring the entire field this time. I had relatives that saw extensive action from Doctor's Creek to the Russell House there. It is supposed to be a beautiful day.... so I hope to get some good pics!

A fierce battle and a well-preserved battlefield, with a great walking tour of historical markers. I visited two years ago for its 150th reenactment. Very impressive. Enjoy your visit!
