My daughter's newest book is out. It is called "Peggy's Vegetables.". It is part of series in her Peggy children's books.
"Vegetables are healthy and colorful. The character Peggy in this book loves vegetables and wants you to learn more about vegetables and appreciate why vegetables are great. Why are vegetables good for your body? What are the parts of a plant that vegetables come from? Which vegetables are technically fruits? What are the vegetable color groups? What is a food pyramid? How many servings of vegetables should you eat each day? What are the food groups? Are beans in the vegetable group or the protein group? What are some fun and easy ways to eat more vegetables? This book also contains many kid-friendly vegetable recipes."
I know I am prejudice, but highly recommend this book for kids. They may learn to like vegetables. It available on Amazon. The author is Laura Diana Miller.
