History Pearl Harbor Cocktail

PEARL HARBOR COCKTAILS
INGREDIENTS:


4 to 8 ounces vodka (as much as desired)
2 ounces melon liqueur (such as Midori)
pineapple juice
ice cubes
pineapple wedges or chunks, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Place a few ice cubes in each of 4 short cocktail glasses. Pour 1 to 2 ounces vodka, 1/2 ounce melon liqueur and a good amount of pineapple juice into each glass. Stir, garnish, and serve!

Thanks @JohnW. for posting a Pearl Harbor relevant recipe today! I remembered the day - my grandfather was at Pearl Harbor on the day of the bombing. He had joined the Army in the spring of 1941 and was stationed there when the bombing occurred. He spent the rest of the war in the Pacific and worked himself up to colonel by the time WWII was over.

Thanks for sharing @Anna Elizabeth Henry ...right now I'm missin 5 guys who on this very day , refought WW2 sippin bourbon on a front porch in Illinois...with an 8 year old listening to EVERYTHING.....absolutely fascinating. MY HEROES!!!
