Peaches with Orange Jelly
Drain the juice form the halves of preserved peaches and set peaches in a cool place. Take one half box of powdered gelatin and put over one cup of orange juice. When soft turn one cup of hot peach syrup over orange juice and gelatin. Allow to cool, and when beginning to set heat to foam with dover beater. Fill the peaches with the beaten orange gelatin and set aside to get firm. When ready to serve whip one cup of cream until stiff, add one cup of peach syrup. Turn over peaches and serve with angel cakes.
