To Drink Peach Water

Ingredients:

2 to 3 tbsp. peach marmalade, or jelly​

lemon juice​

bitter almonds, or peach kernels​

cold water​

Instructions:

Mix two or three table-spoonfuls of peach marmalade or jelly with a little lemon juice, and a few bitter almonds or peach kernels, which have been pounded to a paste, and then dilute it to the proper strength with cold water.​

We have always flavored our water during the dog days of summer as we need to Staty hydrated down south in the heat.the store shelves are now full of different flavors of water today as it is now another fad item.
