Really, want to buy some of mine? Can you add a link, I'm looking but can't find them. Love me some flintlocks. My first love are Flintlocks and the Revolution.
As long as you have some really long term layaway plans.Really, want to buy some of mine?
So whats the method to group them together?Or just do this
Thanks. It is a fantastical crafted piece. I'm amazed at how thin the stock was made. Only guessing, but must have been a very high ranking officer that owned it.That fusil is in incredible condition. You are one heck of a lucky man to have that in your possession.
60 years ago, Lifelike Models produced a plastic model kit of a pair of St Etienne dueling pistols, mid-18th century, 50 caliber. They have a very similar construction and silhouette as that double: pinned barrel, similar drop in the stock. Similar rammer thimble. Must have been a thing at the time. Those are truly beautiful. BTW - the flint's in sideways on the fusil.
I'm intrigued, would you mind posting some pictures when you have a chance ?Really, want to buy some of mine?
There you go I have 8 up on the wall. The other pic of the Polearms from the Rev War and earlier are all gone to include some of the swords. Just sold recently. Made money on some, broke even on some, and lost money on some. Good news my future Son in-law wants to inherit my ACW Swords & Pistols so those stay. I was not going to sell the Rev War pistols because don't think I'd get there value or what I paid to get them. The third up from bottom is a Dublin Castle pistol. Cowans at auction sold one in 2018 for over $8000 and one just went at another auction recently for over $6000. Of course I did not pay that much for it back 25 + years ago.I'm intrigued, would you mind posting some pictures when you have a chance ?
