Ohio Regimental Ball / I’m singing!!

Ohio Regimental Ball will be February 15th at the Sheraton Suites Hotel in Cuyahoga Falls. New venue.
I'm going to be presenting my musical talent for 25 mins at some point during the day. I'm beyond excited.

Holy heck, thanks for posting Mrs. V. . Hate to put you on the spot, maybe one of those filming it would wander over here to CWT and share theirs?

Can't sing, sewing machines defeat me and all my knitting projects look like the same lumpy pot holder. It's just always fun seeing what happens when anyone can do them.

I will see what I can do!

You know what would be very cool sub-forum here? Videos of what reenactors do. @Belle Montgomery @Equestriangirl93 , side saddle, Mrs. V singing, sewing, anyone who does this stuff, men reenactors too ( although guessing not many do side saddle... ). I'm not sure reenacting is understood very well. There's a valuable bottom line preserving history that seems important.

This is very exciting @Mrs. V ! I think we were near Cuyahoga Falls when we drove to Cleveland earlier this year. We want to go back and visit the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Have you visited this train? If so, would you recommend it? We stayed at the Inn at Amish Door in Wilmot. It was beautiful.
Oh yes, definitely do the train. It's a nice little ride.

I will be there also, giving the seminar on ball room etiquette

What a wonderful affair! I had so much fun, and met so many nice people. My presentation went well. I started with the National Anthem..and the doors were open at that time. Evidently I stopped traffic in the hall, as all halted at attention. After that, they closed the doors. I was asked to sing at the ball, so I did Jonny has gone for a soldier..There are clips, but I need to figure out how to put them here.
