Sorta looks like a old high school band cap (from the interior) for a team whose mascot is "The Rebels" OR a military academy.

Maybe early Indian War though.

I am no expert, but it looks "modern" made to me.......What do the buttons look like?......On the front, it looks like it had something on it that is no longer there.....any ideas?
