March is fast approaching and time for new cook award month. March is National Celery Month, Noodle Month, Flour Month, Sauce Month and Frozen Food Month. Some special days are March 2, Banana Cream Pie Day, March 6 Oreo Day, March 7 Cereal Day, March 16 Artichoke Heart Day, March 17 Irish Food Day, March 26 Spinach Day and March 31 Oyster on the Half Shell Day and Clam Day.
St. Patrick's Day is March 17. A great day for Irish Stew and Irish Soda Bread. March 20 is the first day of Spring. Time to celebrate vegetables and fruits.
Hope many contribute this month. There are many foods to draw from to make some delicious dishes.
