This may sound odd, but do all A frame tents kinda sag along the sides? We set up my new tent, and yeah, our backyard isn't level by any stretch, but was wondering if anyone had tips n tricks? We got it set up with just the 2 of us. It's a Falls Creek tent with Panther primative poles. (Yes, I paid the price, but my woodworker had his hip replaced, so was out of commission)..

Thanks in advance!

Mine generally does unless the pins on the four corners are pulled as far from the others as possible. to do this I set up the tent, by first staking the two corners of one side, as tight as possible. Then get the rest set up and the other corners pinned. Next I tie the tent closed, then re-stake the four corners tight over the ridge pole, etc. Then put in the other stakes between the corners. Sometimes I don't bother, as I am usually alone in the tent, and sagging sides are not an issue.

Yeah you should be able to make it pretty tight by adjusting the stakes. One tip, when you put it away tie the bottom of the doors closed, it will help get it staked tight and in the right spot the first time when you put it back up. Oh, and if it gets wet in the rain it will get heavy and sag a little, don't tighten it back up until it dries, you can get it too tight and may cause damage as it dries.
