Need help with Lesser Known Heroes

As many of you know, I did a series called "Lesser Known Heroes" on here for awhile. It was targeted at people who you may have seen in a movie or read abotu briefly, but when it came to bringing the name up with a friend you would blank on them. I ran out of names and didn't have much time to search so I am asking for the help of all of you. If you have a name of a person you think fits the following criteria please PM me the info, that way it stays secret and I can have a good pool to draw from. I try to alternate Confederate and Union.

3. Anything else you think I might like to know

True, but I cant do an article on "all of them." These are interest pieces, short articles meant to inform people a little and give a few interesting facts.

I'd search hard for individual soldiers' accounts and leave the officers, especially the generals, out of it. There's huge source material in libraries, state archives, etc. Good luck.

All things that I have done, usually junior officers or enlisted if possible. Only a few generals so far.

So you're looking for Civil War soldiers who were say, MOH recipients, or were just particular individuals, who exhibited heroic bravery in certain instances, but are very little known about and never mentioned? I know of a few
