Hello All,
Does anyone know what the symbol stands
for on these shoulder boards? I'm guessing red means artillery but have no idea of the rank, etc.

I do not believe they are military as US military shoulder boards had the rank on each end except for Full colonel and generals. I believe these are for a fraternal organization.
