I'm trying to identify the two men listed here (red arrows) so I can check for them in the appropriate rosters.

"Carlisle Barr." presumably stands for Carlisle Barracks in Pennsylvania, not for a regiment. In late June 1863 Confederate BG AlbertJenkins captured the barracks in a drive toward Harrisburg. It was occupied briefly by GEN Richard Ewell, and then by MG J.E.B. Stuart, whose troops burned much of the town of Carlisle and most of the post, prior to his move south to Gettysburg in early July.

My guess for "1 Vet." would be either the 1st Veteran Volunteer Infantry, but that regiment wasn't raised until 24 December 1864. During the Civil War it served in Washington, DC, and the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Or, the 1st Vermont Infantry.

The first highlighted name may be Pvte. M. S. Britton who was held at, and survived, Andersonville. It appears he gave his attached unit as Carlisle Barracks, PA, suggesting he was a member of a small local garrison guard unit posted there. He was moved from Andersonville to Millen, GA, on Oct. 31, '64.

The second highlighted name might be Pvte. (although he's recorded as corporal) John Boorman, Co. D, 1st. NY Veteran Cavalry. He was captured on July 3, '64, at Leetown, VA. Boorman died on Jan. 25 or 28, '65, and is buried in Andersonville National Cemetery, at Andersonville, GA.

Below is a relevant extract from the official roster of the 1st. NY Veteran Cavalry, showing details for 'John Boorman', also known as 'John Bowman.' (See 1stCavVetCW_Roster.pdf (ny.gov) at pages 21 & 22)

BOWMAN , JOHN H.—Age, 27 years. Enlisted, August 4, 1863, at Rochester; mustered in as private, Co. D, October 10, 1863, to serve three years; appointed corporal, no date stated; wounded and captured at Leetown, Va. , Jul y 3, 1864; reduced, October 1, 1864; died, January 25, 1865, in Prison Hospital, Andersonville, Ga., of disease; also borne as John H . Boorman.

As a side note, Britton was sent to Millen on 10/31/64, as was Boorman. Both were assigned to Squad 1 Mess 5 at Andersonville. Obviously, Boorman was one of the 3500+ that returned to Andersonville between the 24th and 27th of December only to die a month later. I have no information on Britton other than what is written in the Andersonville departure ledgers.

As a long shot, checked if Britton might have been on a roster of either the 32nd or 33rd PA militia regiment (or a Co. of the 1st NY Cavalry) assigned to defend Carlisle during the Gettysburg Campaign, given the reference to Carlisle barracks on the shown record. But could find no corresponding name on these rolls.

My guess is that Britton was part of a local volunteer garrison and unassigned to any particular regimental unit.
