Need help identifying bullet.

Hi everybody. Just got my metal detector today and found this on my property. By way of background, my house was built in 1817 and is in northern Ky. It is rumored that John Hunt Morgan stayed here after escaping prison in Ohio. In any event, I thought this was a really interesting find and was hoping someone might have an idea of what it is. The "zinc" indicator went crazy on the metal detector and I can see a line around it (possibly from a mold?). If you have any ideas, let me know. Thanks!
