Mystery Percussion Hammer

[9th VA Asian]

Hey again everyone, could use some help identifying this percussion hammer I got in a lot. It looks like an enfield but lacks the scrollwork on the side and the border line engravings along the edge. Also the keyhole for the tumbler is around 30 degrees off from a normal hammer. Thought it could be a belgian/spanish contract but can't find a reference where I can see the keyhole. The only "markings" are on the back that could just be deep scratches.

Also posted to a facebook group but so far, nothing solid. Sniders, nepalese enfields, and the brazilian light minie rifle to me was ruled out. Any advice? Thanks everyone!
