Murat charge--Joachim Murat was one of Napoleon's military commanders who was described as leading great dashing cavalry charges. Mass push or charge into the enemy, as to push through three lines of the enemy's infantry.

General JEB Stuart and General Armstrong Custer would be the best Civil War examples of using 'dashing' charges and dressing as a dandy like Murat. Using lines of cavalry-nose to tail going in mass.
