Put this little 1/32 scale diorama together using an old Verlinden kit and a kitbashed sandbag gun battery. It's meant to depict one of the 100-pounder Parrott guns emplaced on Morris Island that were involved in the bombardment of Charleston in the latter stages of the war, I would've made the famous Swamp Angel yet I only had a 100 pounder rather than a 200.

Great job. The composition and painting are outstanding.

Very nice!!!

Now that's an awesome piece.

Apart from the realistic depiction of this gun emplacement, also really like the attention given to detail (e.g. the mud stains shown on the artillery sergeant's lower coat, trousers and shoes). Impressive work!

Love it! This is an example that in MY opinion, proves Bob Ross wrong. He was famously quoted as saying "talent is a pursued interest,,,anything your willing to practice, you can do". Well I could not do this lol regardless of how much a practiced! Fantastic job,,,,
