NF Mormon Battalion

Non-Fiction
So, true Mormons can have several wives, correct? We know there are accounts of women following their husbands or sweethearts into the army posing as men. Theoretically, a Mormon unit could have almost a haram of females in their ranks. just a thought...
To try to keep it short, the LDS Church at the time included in the D&C "celestial marriage" and "blood atonement". Those disappeared long ago, before the end of the 19th century. Today those are retained only by the fundy loons. They are not "true LDS" - they're fruitcakes.
