The eagle with the raised shield on chest (probably the Horstmann backmark) is post 1874 or so. The larger General Service button (like your previous post, and probably the Extra Quality backmark) could be Civil War. The cuff buttons with the Scovill backmark and that style Waterbury backmark are iffy. Those backmarks began in the 1860's and were used until well after the war. Tinned iron back buttons are usually post war.
Closer look doesn't really help. There were a variety of Extra Quality backmarks that were used during the war and after. You can usually consider them Civil War era but hard to prove due to extended use. At least with Scovill they kept changing backmarks so a bit easier to date.

At least this style General Service button dates prior to 1874, so there's a good chance it is Civil War, and I think is's fine to put in a CW collection.
Hopefully you won't be listing them for $65 apiece (or more) like some Ebay sellers i've seen, at least not if you want to sell them. They are very common and can easily be found for $10-12.
