I picked up this Moore revolver at last weekend's Gettysburg Civil War show and thought I'd share a couple of photos. Gettysburg has been good to me three years running with either guns that filled a hole in my collection or significant upgrades to guns that I already had. This is one of the Moore revolvers produced prior to the S&W lawsuit and is not marked Mfg for Smith & Wesson.

very nice revolver congratulations on a nice find. I have serial number 4832 5 inch barrel but mine was completely plated (nickel or silver) but the plating has worn very thin on the barrel and cylinder. Mine does not have any Smith & Wesson markings either.
