Even might be a collector. There are folk who do stuff like that. That's why during the gov't shutdown the parks were closed also. Never know when some kind of odd person can enter.

We worry about real estate development turning battlefield land into strip malls, golf courses, Walmarts, and apartment complexes. It never occurred to me to worry about drunk drivers destroying monuments. What's next?
