I happened across the JEB Stuart monument in metro-Richmond, VA (Ashland) today and was pleasantly surprised it's still there and unmolested, particularly after what happened with most of the Richmond memorials and monuments during the BLM movement a few years ago. Sadly, very few monuments and memorials remain in Richmond, as all were torn down due to political correctness (or incorrectness as I prefer to say), but nevertheless, this one remained intact mainly due to it's location, which is out of the way and view of the general public that was bent on tearing them all down.
