Maybe that's true with women but my wickedness was mostly over by the time I turned 30 (and I was wicked indeed at 19). I think with males it takes a while to learn to control testosterone.

It's probably a good thing men and women have different peak times in terms of mischievousness. (It took me 3 tries to spell that!)
