Seems like this is a question for @Packard4 but as always I enjoy the insight from anyone who has info. As I posted before I just recently received the Sheiko but I was curious about the embossed G on the bill and the stenciled E on the interior of the crown. Does any buddy have any idea what these two letters indicate? Also I keep hearing that the unpainted eagle emblem seems to indicate that this was a Sheiko that was actually distributed to the troops rather than going into surplus and then onto Bannermans. I read the Bannermans was the one who painted the emblems to make them more appealing for purchase. Does anybody have inside about this? As always I greatly appreciate any information you have.
