Nice!

What I find amazing about this place is that the last picture is the room where Meade's "War Council" happened at the evening of 7/2. And there were about 12 men there (with G. Warren snoozing in the corner) and the ceilings do not look a tad over 6 feet at the low point of the slope. Amazing.

I'm just going to throw this out there as most here are non believers I'd guess, but your two inside pictures have nice mists captured. Was it foggy? Smokey...which I seriously doubt? The one with the bed does have a reflection in the lower right corner but the rest is very interesting. We know the death all over the battlefield but does the house itself have any history of anyone dying in it? Just sayin' ........

Another amazing fact about this house (other than being "General Meade's Headquarters") is that a single mother with 6 children lived there. 7 people. 2 rooms. One a kitchen.

I believe the mist is glare from shooting through the window glasss. I took about 10 photos in order to get a couple two good ones.

Was talking about the house being the Meade Headquarters and the meeting of the night of July 2nd.
