Does anyone recognize this officer? Given the crescent moon on his hat I thought he was a Louisiana soldier, perhaps the 'Crescent Regiment'

The Crescent Regiment also had an artillery unit called the Crescent Light Artillery, which was organized in 1863 and mustered into Confederate service in Alexandria, Louisiana.
