LOST at Cedar Creek

I got a phone call from a dear friend, also with the 5th ANV, 8th Georgia.

While attending Cedar Creek, she purchased 3 period correct belt buckles, all 3 were square shaped, 2 were metal and 1 was a mother of pearl tucked away in a small bag, she seems to remember the bag color as cream.

Our camp was directly at the end, and across the field from Sutler Road near the Belle Grove tree line. Pass through the Artillery section, cross a small 'road' if you will and there we are.

I've phoned the Cedar Creek Foundation and let them know, but I am hoping that someone here may have found them or knows the person who did. My friend is really distraught over the loss and would be most gracious to whom ever found them for their return.

Kind Regards,

~Kerri Baker
