Looking for Civil War Stats

Hi all, Does anyone know where I can find reliable numbers on how many soldiers from each state fought, or what each state's production was, such as cannons, guns, etc

I'm afraid the NPS numbers are wrong, they duplicated a number of entries before they realized their mistake and just left it as was.

If you can get a hold of an authoritative published reference work, like 'Civil War High Commands' by Eicher and Eicher.

This reference work shows (@ pp. 47 to 52), the quota numbers and terms of enlistment per state, for enrollments in the Union Army. It also has a summary of aggregate numbers of forces furnished by each state in the Union Army and Navy (@ pp. 53-54).

Unfortunately, details of any corresponding actual Confederate enrollment numbers per state are reduced to unreliable and incomplete aggregate total estimates because the records were lost or destroyed during the war (@ pp. 70-71).
