Hi y'all. Just wanted to show off a little on my growing camp cooking impression. I finally found a source for the Sibley tripod that often appears as a camp cooking stand, and some appropriate camp kettles.
And since I had the itch for more woodworking, I built a medical supplies crate based on an original that was auctioned off several years back.
I don't have stencils to mark this as a crate full of quinine tablets as the original is, so I imagine all sorts of other stuff inside.
Not pictured, but I'm excited about, I got my hands on a Parker Hale Enfield. Really want to get it on the range with a few minié balls..
Next up, probably another ammo box. And maybe redoing the label on the hardtack box. Then working on a Squibb Medicine Pannier and figuring out how to make a display quality barrel of the correct size for salt pork.
