Knapsacks under $100

I've read several threads about knapsacks, different makers, and styles here. Most threads or posts talk about accuracy, and cost between $150-$350. I want a affordable knapsack for my confederate impression. I graviatated towards the Kibler, but most are fairly expensive and harder to find, and the only one under $100 is by Le Pierre Sutler. Another option is the Federal Double Bag, but the concensus is that they wouldn't have been as common. Are there any other options that are under $100? And yes I have already asked around my unit. I plan on using it for marching to and from events, or if the event has a large amount of marching, like showing us as a traveling army. I'll probably not wear it into battle very often, since I'll probably whack someone with it.

As with many things you will get what you pay for. I have not personally felt with Le Pierre, but I would be suspect of anyone who claims to accurately make everything from Ancient Roman to the Victorian Little Wars. His products look like someone thought "Why use 8-12 stitches per inch when 4 will do?"
I recommend Ross Lameriou Mexican War knapsack myself. The black straps are suitable for CS wear, but also appropriate for pre-war US regulars and some early war Federal volunteer units.

I too am cautious about it, there are only two comments about it (and another for the black strap version), but they all say that it is of good quality.
