Found this on find a grave.

It says he served from 1864-1865.

But the 25th PA was mustered out in Summer of 1861.

Any ideas, opinions, thoughts. Thank you in advance.

Respectfully,
Kyle Kalasnik

His obituary on that FindAGrave page says, "Mr. Kauffman served two enlistments during the Civil war, having been a member of both the 110th and the 207th Pennsylvania volunteers. He passed through some of the hardest battles of the war, having been at Gettysburg, Petersburg and Bull Run."

The 110th was at Gettysburg but the 207th was not. I don't see service records for a John Kauffman in either regiment.
