K G button Help?!

So just got this button in a grab bag and need some help identifying ? (And how do you rotate pictures?! I've never figured out?!) American flag with crossed savers and the letters K G looked under cadet schools etc but couldn't find it? Has a period watterybury scovill backmark. Thoughts? Pretty cool little button !!
