OK, I'll bite..
Appears to me to be an Infantry camp at an early 1990s event.
Tent size and number of chairs suggest Infantry. Those fragile glass & wooden lanterns were popular in the late 80s-early 90s.
I would bet a sizeable amount of cast iron lies around the campfire out of sight in this image.
