It does. You can only get shot full of holes so many times too. I found tge repeal of the Partisan Ranger Act to make sense, particularly as they were starting to get the idea of war crimes. Such as it was.

i am eternally optimistic. Every time I see one I am the same way like oh brother we found a treasure, but we probably didn't. Like with the above photo there is definitely a favoring but without provenance you could never prove it just off a picture alone.

I do oversee my concerns regarding the handwriting on the back reading Geo[rge] W. Stout from San Jose, California.
